Spring Season 2021 Fitness Notes

For this spring season the focus is on gym workouts doing light weight with high repetition. The spring season will be to only tone and strengthen the body physique. I think this method is better because it allows rest from the heavy lifting done in the winter. And slightly adjusts the routine into being less tough and eases up the tension.

If you want to ‘win the day’ make sure to wake up early and head to the gym before it opens up. Then finish it off with some meditation two to three times throughout the week to feel like you should be.

Make sure nutrition and supplements and meal planning are taken advantage of treating your body and using the best fuels.
